Sign in and account access
Use the same Accrue account on iPhone and web to work with the same synced records. The iPhone supports Apple or email sign-in; the browser app uses the account sign-in screen. If you have trouble, verify the email or Apple account you used before creating another account.
Subscription access is associated with your account. On iPhone, use the purchase screen to restore an existing App Store purchase or follow the link to manage an Apple subscription. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate: deleting the Accrue account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Keep sensitive details out of notes
Accrue is for supervised-experience records, not clinical documentation. Do not enter client names, diagnoses, clinical histories, or session content in entries, site descriptions, task notes, or supervisor records. Include only details needed to identify the work and prepare the records you intend to share.
Before sharing an export, weekly summary, or form, inspect its contents and destination. A report may include names, credentials, sites, dates, activities, and notes from your records.
Account controls
In the signed-in app, find account and purchase options in Settings. If you delete your account, follow the in-app confirmation steps and keep any records you need before proceeding. For help with access or account data, use Accrue Support and do not include clinical or payment information in a support message.
In the browser app, Settings → API keys manages read-only access for connected tools. Use the other Settings pages for recordkeeping preferences. See API keys for safer key handling.
