iPhone navigation
The bottom tab bar has four destinations: Home, Hours, Dashboard, and Tasks. The floating plus button on Home and Hours opens the quick actions for Log hours or Start a session. The timer replaces those actions while a session is running.
Open Settings with the gear beside the Home greeting. Settings holds your path, ledgers, sites, activity choices, client and modality options, week start, duration step, reported-hours preferences, reminders, appearance, account, and purchase information. In the iPhone app, Sites and supervisors, exports, and other record tools are reached through Settings or the Export screen.
Tap a ledger card on Home to open its progress page. Tap an entry on Hours to read how each active ledger classified it; the More menu offers Edit and Delete. Dashboard cards can be reordered or hidden with a long press. Home cards can be moved with their context menu.
Browser navigation
The browser app at getaccrue.app/app has the same four main destinations in its sidebar and mobile tab bar. The sidebar also lists active ledgers and links to Sites and supervisors, Weekly summaries, and Export and forms. Settings and the account menu sit at the bottom; API-key management is under Settings → API keys.
On a keyboard, press L to open Log hours, T to start a session, or / or ⌘K to open Search and commands. The search palette is browser-only. The browser's session bar keeps the timer available while you move between pages.
Same records, different controls
Use either app to review and update your records. The iPhone timer can use Apple's Live Activity and an alert at the planned length. The browser app shows a session bar and follows the browser's connection and storage status. The iPhone's weekly-signature workflow is drawn on the device; the browser has a signature sheet. Import and export controls also differ by screen layout, so follow the labels shown in the app you are using.
API Keys is part of the browser app's Settings area. It manages read-only access for connected tools; it does not replace the Home, Hours, or Tasks recordkeeping screens. For connection setup, read API keys and read-only access.
Finding a setting
- To change a path answer, choose Your path in Settings.
- To add or update a board/program ledger, choose Ledgers.
- To edit site or supervisor details, choose Sites.
- To change the calendar week, duration increment, or export rounding, use the Logging section.
- To check subscription or sign-in, use Purchase and subscription or the account section.
