Add a site
On iPhone, open Settings → Sites. In the browser app, use Sites and supervisors in the Records section. Add the site name, setting type, employment status, and the days it was open. Address is optional. The site type and employment details can appear on exported board forms.
Keep the start and last day accurate. Log Hours offers only sites open on the entry date. An ended site stays in your record and remains available when you review past entries and summaries, but leaves the current entry menu after its last day.
Add a supervisor and link sites
Open a site and choose Add supervisor, or use the supervisors section in the browser records area. Enter the supervisor's name, credential, license number if needed for a form, role, linked sites, and any applicable start or end dates. The primary supervisor at a site is offered as the default when you log work there; you can select another linked supervisor.
Choose the supervisor on supervision entries. That link matters to supervision-unit calculations and lets weekly summaries separate work by signer. The supervisor's name, credential, and license number can print on a weekly record, so confirm spelling and numbers before producing a form.
When a site or supervisor is not offered
- Check the entry date. The site or supervisor may not yet have started, or may have ended.
- Check the site selected on the entry. A supervisor must be linked to that site to appear in the filtered list.
- Open Settings → Sites, update the relationship or date, and save it.
- Return to the entry and select the corrected record.
Do not add a duplicate site to work around a date error. Correct the existing site's dates so past entries remain connected to the same record.
Keep details limited
Accrue is designed for supervised-experience recordkeeping. Do not put client names, clinical histories, diagnoses, or session content in site, supervisor, entry, or task notes. Use only the work details needed to identify your records. The app's notes are for your own reminders, not clinical documentation.
